This website is published by Level Up Foundation, a Texas nonprofit organization serving young people and community partners in Travis and Williamson Counties, Texas.

Level Up Foundation and Level Up Program

Level Up Foundation and Level Up Program are two separate organizations.

Level Up Program is a for-profit business providing youth development curriculum, educational workshops, and instructional services. Level Up Foundation is a nonprofit organization expanding access to resources, opportunities, and community support.

The Foundation may collaborate with Level Up Program and with other educational providers. It is not a division or extension of that business, contributions to the Foundation are not contributions to it, and nothing on this website should be read as describing the services, curriculum, or offerings of any other organization.

Using this site

You are welcome to read, print, and share pages from this website for non-commercial purposes, as long as you do not change the content or remove attribution.

You may not use this site to send unlawful, harassing, or misleading content, to attempt to gain unauthorized access, or to scrape content for commercial use.

Foundation materials

Materials published by Level Up Foundation on this website, including written content, graphics, and downloadable resources, belong to the Foundation unless stated otherwise.

Content submitted through this website is not published automatically. A person at Level Up Foundation reviews every submission, and we obtain written permission before publishing any part of it.

Names, logos, and recognition

Organizations named or shown on this website appear with written permission. We do not imply an endorsement, sponsorship, or formal partnership that has not been agreed in writing, and any organization may ask to be removed at any time.

The Level Up Foundation name, logo, and related marks belong to the Foundation. Nothing on this site grants a licence to use them.

Contributions

Level Up Foundation is a Texas nonprofit organization. Our application for federal tax-exempt recognition under section 501(c)(3) was filed in October 2026 and a determination is pending. Contributions should not be treated as tax deductible unless and until we publish documentation confirming that status.

This website never collects or stores payment card or bank account information. When online giving is available, it is handled by a reputable third-party payment provider on their own secure pages.

Gifts restricted to a particular purpose are used for that purpose. This page will be updated if our tax status changes.

Some initiatives described on this website are marked as planned or exploratory. Those are statements of intent, not offers.
