Every young person deserves the opportunity to rise.
Potential is everywhere. Opportunity should be too. Level Up Foundation is committed to expanding access to education, encouragement, and community resources that help young people move forward.
Why we exist
Potential is evenly distributed. Opportunity is not.
Two young people can have the same ability, the same curiosity, and the same willingness to work, and still end up with very different options in front of them. The difference is usually not talent. It is whether someone was there with the resource, the encouragement, or the open door at the moment it mattered.
Level Up Foundation exists to put more of those moments within reach. We work to reduce the practical barriers that stand between a young person and an opportunity they are already capable of taking, and we do it alongside the schools, churches, and community organizations that already know them by name.
We are not here to fix young people. We are here to make sure the door is open.

What we believe
Four commitments, in order.
These decide what this organization funds, what it says no to, and how it talks about the young people it serves.
Personal Growth
Confidence, communication, decision making, and self-awareness are learnable. We support the experiences where young people build them.
Community Support
The people already doing this work are in schools, churches, and community organizations. We back them rather than compete with them.
Lasting Impact
A single good day is not the goal. We invest in the kind of support that a young person is still drawing on years from now.

Educational Access
We pay the cost that would have kept a young person out.
Covering the specific, often small expense that stands between a young person and an opportunity that already exists.

Youth Development
We pay for the programming itself, where none exists.
Funding structured programming — sessions, workshops and group experiences — for young people whose setting has no budget for any.

Community Partnerships
No money moves here. This is how we find the young people.
The working relationships with schools, churches and community organizations that make everything else possible.

You do not have to have it figured out.
This website is mostly written for adults, because adults are the ones who fund things. So here is the part that is actually for you.
If there is something you want to do and the cost is what is stopping you, that is a normal problem and it is the exact thing this Foundation exists for. You do not have to explain your situation to us or fill in a form about yourself.
Tell an adult who already knows you and who you trust: a counselor, a teacher, a youth leader, a coach, a parent. Ask them to get in touch with us. They know how to reach us, and if they do not, send them this page.
We will not ask you for your personal information
Nothing on this website asks a young person for their name, their records, or anything about their situation. If you are under 18, please do not send us personal details.
We will not put your face on a website
We do not publish photographs of young people as proof that we did something, and we never publish anyone's words without asking them first.
The next generation needs more than potential. They need opportunity.
Every young person who gets a real chance got it because somebody decided to make it available. There are several ways to be that somebody.
