Our impact

The people this work is for.

Young people, families and partner organizations describing their own experience, the milestones this organization has reached, and where to find our paperwork.

Community voices

In their own words.

Young people, families, partner organizations and volunteers, published with their permission and exactly as they wrote it.

This space belongs to the people in it.

As young people, families and partner organizations share their experiences and are happy for us to publish them, their words will appear here, exactly as they wrote them. If you have been part of this work, we would like to hear from you.

  • Nothing submitted is published automatically. A person reviews every submission.
  • We publish words as they were written. We do not rewrite someone and present it as their quote.
  • We do not publish the full name of anyone under 18, and we do not publish identifiable photographs of minors.
  • Written permission is on file before anything appears on this website.
  • Anyone can ask us to remove their words at any time, for any reason, and we will.

Community stories

Longer accounts, shared with permission.

Longer stories will live here.

When a young person, a family or a partner organization wants to describe their experience at length and is happy for us to publish it, it will appear here in their own words. We never publish the name of anyone under 18.

Our progress

Where we are, and what comes next.

A young organization, building in the right order. What has happened is dated. What is ahead is written as intention, because we will not put a date on something we cannot promise.

  1. February 2026

Level Up Foundation established as a Texas nonprofit organization

Formed to connect young people with educational experiences, mentorship, life skills and personal development opportunities that might otherwise be out of reach.

  2. October 2026

Application filed with the IRS for federal tax-exempt recognition

Filed under section 501(c)(3) on October 15, 2026. A determination is pending. Until the letter arrives we do not describe contributions as tax deductible, and this page will be updated with the outcome either way.

  1. Seat the full board of directors

Including independent members from outside the founding group.

  2. Receive the IRS determination on tax-exempt recognition

Our application was filed in October 2026 and is pending. We publish the outcome here when it arrives, whatever it is.

  3. Confirm our first community partnerships

Partners are named publicly only once they have agreed to it in writing.

  4. Publish our first verified figures

Counted against our own records, with the definition shown beside each number.

How we report

We are a young organization, and we count carefully rather than quickly. Figures appear on this website once our own records can support them, and each one comes with the definition we used.

Supporters are told where their money went: which community, which initiative, and what came of it.

If you want to help build a proper measurement approach with us, that is a conversation we would like to have.

Share your experience

If you were part of this, we would like to hear it.

Young people, families, partner organizations, and volunteers are all welcome to write. Critical is fine. Useful is better than flattering.

  • What opportunity were you part of, and what was it like?
  • What would you want a supporter of this work to know?
  • Is there anything you would change about it?

Nothing you send is published automatically. A person reads every submission, and we ask for your written permission before anything appears on this website. If you are under 18, please ask a parent, guardian, or the adult who runs your program to send it with you.

This goes to a person at Level Up Foundation, not onto the website.

We will not publish the full name of anyone under 18.

In your own words. We will not rewrite them.

Fields marked with an asterisk are required. We reply to every message. If you have not heard from us within a week, please send a reminder — it means something went astray.

Help us reach more of them.

Every young person on the other side of this work got there because somebody made the opportunity available.

  • Give once, or monthly
  • Sponsor an initiative in your own community
  • Partner with us as a school, church, or organization
  • Offer in-kind or professional support
  • Introduce us to people doing good work with young people
