Schools & Alternative Education Sessions and workshops that fit inside a school day, an advisory period, or a campus-wide initiative.
Level Up is built for middle and high school campuses, alternative education programs, credit recovery settings, and campus support teams. Sessions can run as a single workshop, a short series, or a longer program depending on your calendar.
ISS & DAEP Programming built for in-school suspension and disciplinary alternative education placements.
Students placed in ISS or DAEP are often the students most in need of an honest conversation and least likely to be handed one. Level Up is designed to work in those rooms: short enough to hold attention, direct enough to be taken seriously, and structured so students do the thinking instead of being talked at.
Juvenile Justice & Youth Intervention Sessions for probation programs, detention settings, diversion programs, and intervention services.
Level Up is designed for youth who are already involved with the justice system or at risk of becoming involved. The focus stays on decision making, consequences, accountability, and what comes next, without humiliation and without pretending the past did not happen.
Churches & Community Organizations Youth groups, after-school programs, summer programs, mentoring groups, and community centers.
Level Up programming is not faith-based content, and it works alongside whatever your organization already offers. It can run as a focused series for a specific group of young people.

A workshop format works well when you want youth to leave with one clear takeaway and an experience that feels different from a keynote. Group size and length are set in advance with your team.
Facilitator Development Training and support for adults who work with youth and want to run better conversations.
Facilitator development focuses on how to hold an honest room: asking real questions, handling pushback, keeping accountability separate from shame, and knowing when to stop talking.

What a session looks like
So you know what you are putting in front of your students.

It starts honest
No speech about potential. The room gets set up so students know what this is, what it is not, and that they are allowed to be skeptical.

Students do the talking
Questions go out, and answers come back. Students discuss, disagree, and work through situations that sound like their actual lives.

Workbook pages give students somewhere private to think. Goals, choices, patterns, and plans go on paper in their own words.

Students are pushed to explain their reasoning. Accountability is direct, but nobody gets humiliated to make a point.

There is no commitment here. This form starts a conversation about whether Level Up fits your setting.
- We reply to every inquiry, including the ones we are not the right fit for.
- If funding is the obstacle, tell us. That is the Foundation’s whole reason for existing.
- We never ask you for student names, records, or personal information.
- We usually reply within 2 to 3 business days.
Please do not include any information that identifies an individual student. We only need the shape of your group.

Before you ask.
What does it cost?
Cost depends on the format, the number of students, and travel. Level Up Foundation exists partly to help cover it. If funding is the obstacle, say so in your inquiry. That is the conversation the Foundation was set up to have, and it does not disqualify you.
How much time do you need?
Level Up can run as a single workshop or as a short series. We will work inside the block you actually have rather than asking you to rearrange a schedule that cannot move.
How many students can be in the room?
Smaller groups produce more honest conversation. Larger groups are workable with the right setup. Tell us your realistic number and we will tell you what we would recommend.
What about background checks and visitor requirements?
We follow your campus or facility requirements. Tell us your visitor process, background check policy, badging, and any safeguarding paperwork during the inquiry and we will complete it before the first session rather than on the day.
Do you need our staff in the room?
Yes. We ask that a staff member who knows the group is present. That is for student safety, for your policies, and because the conversation usually continues after we leave.
What do we have to prepare?
Nothing. Workbooks and materials come with us. We just need a room where students can talk without an audience, and a heads-up about anything we should know going in.
Will we hear what the students thought?
Yes. Students complete feedback forms and we share what comes back with your team, including the critical responses. We publish that kind of feedback publicly too.
Is the content faith-based?
No. Level Up is a life skills and youth empowerment program. It is written to run the same way in a public school, a juvenile justice setting, and a church youth group.
